Professionally Managed Replacement Property for 1031 Exchange Investors

For more than 35 years, Syndicated has specialized in acquiring and managing income producing properties on behalf of 1031 exchange investors. These investments are focused on providing stable cash flow, long-term appreciation and the preservation of wealth.

Our investments are structured as either a Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) or Tenancy-In-Common (TIC) to accommodate investors completing a 1031 exchange.

1031 Exchange Solutions to Defer Capital Gains From The Sale of Investment Property

Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code allows for the deferral of capital gains upon the sale of investment property. Often referred to as a “like-kind exchange”, the seller of the investment property may be able to fully defer capital gains as long as certain conditions are met, such as reinvesting all sale proceeds and utilizing a qualified intermediary (QI) to hold your funds during the pendency of the exchange.

Our experienced team can help walk you through the 1031 exchange process and will coordinate with your qualified intermediary to help you identify replacement property within the time constraints of the 1031 exchange rules.
