Andy Raney is the Senior Investment Specialist and 1031 Exchange Consultant for Syndicated Equities. Over his career, he has helped investors place more than $850M of equity into various real estate, senior lending, energy, and infrastructure investments. He is intimately familiar with 1031 exchange rules, Delaware statutory trusts, 721 UPREITs, opportunity zones, REITs, and other alternative investments. Most recently, he spent 9 years as an SVP with Cantor Fitzgerald, Wall Street’s largest private investment bank. He holds his real estate license in the state of Colorado along with a series 7, 63 and 65. As a father of three, including twins, he spends time with his family when not at work. He used to ski, make independent films, and play in a band.
