Miranda Danes

Director of Acquisitions

Miranda is responsible for leading Syndicated’s acquisitions team, including overseeing new acquisitions for the firm’s 1031 and DST syndications and new joint venture opportunities for it’s Real Estate Equity platform. Miranda also works closely with new and existing investors, both high net worth individuals and family offices, to raise capital for Syndicated transactions.

Miranda has her Series 63 and 22 licenses and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA). She enjoys international travel with her family.
