Director of Investor Relations / 1031 Exchange Coordinator

Bibiana Zichmiller joined Syndicated Equities in August 2016. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Xavier University and began her career as a paralegal in criminal and class-action law, where she later advanced to Office & Paralegal Manager. Through this experience, she developed a strong commitment to justice, integrity, and fairness—principles that continue to guide her both personally and professionally.

As Director of Investor Relations and a 1031 Exchange Coordinator at Syndicated Equities, Bibiana leads investor platform initiatives within the accounting and acquisitions department, while also managing and facilitating 1031 exchange transactions. In this dual role, she works closely with investors, qualified intermediaries, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and a high-quality investor experience.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as reading, writing, crafting, and continually seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.
