Co-Living Development

Syndicated funded the ground-up development of a well-located, Class A co-living apartment building in downtown Washington, DC.  Co-Living is a concept similar to luxury student housing where individuals rent a private bedroom within a shared apartment.  Suites come fully furnished and monthly rents include all utilities, Wi-Fi, onsite laundry, and weekly cleanings.  Once complete, the property will consist of 15 shared residential suites (67 private bedrooms) and 4,226 square feet of ground floor retail.  Syndicated invested alongside Outlier Capital Realty, a Washington, DC-based owner and developer that has completed $150 million of multifamily projects throughout the Washington metropolitan area.

The development is situated near the intersection of 9th and M Streets, NW, in the Mt. Vernon Triangle/Shaw neighborhood of downtown Washington, DC, directly across from the Convention Center.  This area is known for its popular restaurants, retail offerings, and proximity to more than 2.3 million square feet of office.
