Goodwill Industries of North Flordia, Inc. is a non-profit affiliate of Goodwill Industries International, which consists of 162 community-based, autonomous organizations in the United States and Canada. Goodwill Industries of North Florida occupies 100% of the 16,446 square foot property, which is a brand new, ground-up construction built pursuant to Goodwill’s specifications. Goodwill signed a 12-year lease with no landlord responsibilites, and includes a 10% rent increase in year 7 (2027).
