Providence Pavilion is a 95,206 square foot, Publix and Walgreens anchored shopping center in Mableton (Atlanta MSA), Georgia.  Syndicated took a preferred equity position in the property, which is owned and operated by M&J Wilkow, a Chicago-based real estate investment firm that currently owns approximately 12 million square feet of institutional retail and office assets across the country.
